Awesome And Comfy

Awesome got the jacket and the quality is amazing. No doubt will keep me dry and warm. Size is true. I like jackets big so I can layer and not feel suffocated color is pretty. So happy I bought it

Love This Jacket!

I bought this a few years ago and somehow got paint on it. I kept looking for the same jacket and it was on sale on the website. This jacket can be worn 3 different ways and it's really warm. You don't need to wear layers underneath.

Beautiful Jacket

Beautiful jacket, really high quality. As other reviewers mentioned, the shoulders are tight on this model. I had to size up from my normal size S to an M.

Perfect Jacket For A Trip!

The jacket is actually two jackets which was perfect for a recent trip with variable weather. Inside jacket unzips easily and is lightweight but warm. Outside has 3 GREAT pockets that are deep and zip. Outside is also a better raincoat than most.

Not For Athletic People

I’m 5’6, chest 36, waist 30, hips 40, so I should fit right in the M per the chart. I very much did not. I’m fairly muscular and the shoulders were ridiculously narrow in this jacket so I could barely move my arms. The coat is also quite thin, so I was skeptical of how warm it would actually be. Disappointing

Worth It

I'm so happy with this jacket. The style and cut are so cute. I wear a small but purchased the medium and glad I did. Able to wear more layers with the medium. Walked a long way in the rain today and was totally dry and warm.

Game Changer

This jacket is great! I can wear the whole set when it is cold and rainy but not feel overheated. I also have worn the shell by itself. It is comfortable and kept me dry in a serious rainstorm.

Nice Interchange Jacket

[Employee of marmot] Like both the blue and Purple Fig color. Style is great for all age women. It is light weight, wind block and rain proof. Hope to see more color choice and more 3-in-1 style from Marmot.

The Perfect Jacket

Hands down the best jacket I have ever owned. I like to hike in all seasons. This jacket keeps me warm in the winter, blocks the wind and the rain in the spring and summer, and goes well with all my favorite fall accessories. Absolutely fell in love with Marmot after this purchase. Will only be purchasing jackets from you from now on.

Insanely Annoying Collar; Length Not For Shorties

I've been sadly looking to replace my beloved rain jacket (from another brand; they've, of course, changed the style since I bought it 7+ years ago) and thought this 2-in-1 would be amazing. I love the heavy-duty outer coat, while the inner soft shell is what I knew would be my day-to-day jacket. It's almost perfect, but the few things that are wrong make it unwearable for this price. #1 - I'm 5'4" with most of my "height" in my torso. I know this is a rain coat and most people would want ample coverage over their bum and hips, but this also comes down way too far in the front, dwarfing my already-short frame. It looked cute when I tried it on with leggings; it did NOT look cute with jeans and work Docs (which is hard because Docs look good with *everything*). I could have overlooked that if it had been cheaper and/or the most annoying feature didn't exist...#2 - the collar won't.lay.flat. Another review mentioned this and they are my sister animal if they were half as annoyed with this thing as I was. If the outer, stiffer jacket isn't zipped up all the way (covering your entire lower jaw/face) or down to mid-chest or lower, it won't lay flat and the corners hit you in the face, get in your way, and are all around seriously annoying. I tried a lot of things, lastly resorting to tucking the little jerks into the jacket (which didn't even work sometimes, depending on where the jacket was zipped to) but, ultimately, I'm returning this. If it were half the price, I would consider keeping it. To speak to sizing - I'm a standard M, purchased M, and the outer jacket was way too big if worn without the liner (again, too long no matter what) and looked insane; the liner fit like a glove and was super flattering, but I wouldn't have room in the pits for a sweatshirt (base layers only, which is what I wanted). I do actually recommend it if the collar hits you differently and doesn't annoy you. (I suspect taller people would have a fine time with this jacket.)

Early Chirstmas Present To Myself

I hate bulky heavy coats and have hunted for a long time to find a coat of acceptable quality and weight. I love the weight of this coat. The length is just right for windy midwest days but not so long that you feel tied up sitting. If I had a complaint, it is the pockets provide no warmth but come Spring, Summer and Fall when I'm hiking I wont miss it. Great coat for those who naturally run hot.

Great Coat But Small

I really like this coat. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it runs small across the chest and shoulders. I will use this on my farm so I'm not terribly worried with the way I look in it but, I had to order a full size larger than normal which makes it pretty wide in the hips for me.

Pear Shaped

Comfortable And Warm

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the puffy inside jacket is! I had hoped the outer shell would be the same as the regular minimalist rain jacket and have pit zips so I could just use that for rainy summer days, but the shell in this 3 in 1 is lacking that. Overall, it’s a very nice, warm jacket and has been treating me well in the sleet and snow we’ve had so far this winter in Alaska.
