From Drenched To Dry In About 30 Minutes.

Fabric is thin but tough. Looks good to wear around town. A mild annoyance is a quiet shwooshing sound when walking.

Modern Version Is Far Worse Than Older Version

I just ordered these as a replacement- same model- but they feel more like plastic than fabric, the fit is awkward, and as soon as I put them on I knew I had to return them. It's sad when quality plummets like this.
