Found This Same One At Walmart

I was recently in Walmart and they had the same one for a lot cheaper than I paid at your store. I threw out the box and I don’t want to put myself through the trouble of trying to make a return

Good Solid Unit.

This is a really solid basic unit, especially for seeing topography and water temperatures. It certainly does show fish and all of that good stuff but can’t really use it for targeting fish because once it shows up they’re behind the boat you’re not exactly sure how far back they may have swam away anyway, however, it is really good for targeting lots of biologic activity because that’s where you catch the fish like where there’s bait fish like swarms a fish. You can usually think they’ll be some larger fish there that you can target

Good Starter Unit

I bought this unit for my kayak. Low end without any frills but does the job. I have a Reveal 9 on my bass boat but just wanted a small basic unit for this since I take the kayak on small lakes that I know well. Just needed to find where the fish were and this does the job.

Is There A Number I Can Call For Help For This Equipment?

I simply cannot get this unit to turn on. There was NO Manual with it.

Used it multiple times with no problems as well super sturdy design. Visuals are super clear even after being sprayed by salt water.

When the only specification Lowrance advertises on this unit, on their official website, is the screen size then you know there must be something wrong with the product.

I bought the Hook 2 4x. Came with no user instructions and for a first time user of a fish finder. Totally disappointed in the my first experience. I contacted tha company and was told there was a document which I could not find.Going to sell it and move on to another company.
