I bought a pair a month ago to try out. I was exchanging some other shorts that I ordered online that were too small. The salesperson showed me the LIVSN line of shorts, I tried them on and bought them right away. The Ecotrek shorts are very well made and are very comfortable. The mesh liner doesn't bother me and they stretch well over my muscular thighs. The pockets are plentiful, well positioned and plenty deep especially with the stretchiness of the material. One critique is that the leg holes are a bit too tapered for my legs and would rather they flaired to keep me cooler like another brand I always buy. They run a bit small in the legs but are true to size in the waste, but this style is pretty common now unfortunately. The drawstring, I think, is pretty useless as there are belt loops and I can always wear a canvas or nylon belt in the water. That being said the material is high quality. I would like more color options, and will always highly recommend them. I'm so glad the salesperson turned me on to this brand. I feel confident they will last a long time. Hopefully the the company stays in business that long as I like their pledge to utilize recycled materials.
