Perfect

These were comfortable right out of the box. Keep my feet dry, and I feel secure on wet rocks/tree roots. Love these boots and so glad I bought them! Best hiking boots I’ve had in a long time!

Light, No Break-in Needed

Comfortable out of the box. Extremely lightweight. Wider toebox prevents friction and adds stability. Amazing traction, ankle support and waterproofing.

Love These!

I own a pair of La Sportiva trail runners but still read a lot of reviews for which hiking boot I'd want. Most of my hiking is done in Alaska on rocky, wet trails. These have held up to my wettest hikes, whether it was muddy or snow wetness. I also love how these stick to the trail. I find these boots true to size despite the reviews they are very narrow. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 but get 8.5 in boots i'll probably wear warmer socks. These, like my shoes, really cup to the arch area of the foot but offer plenty of toe room. I can see if you don't like that fit you'd find it "narrow". I find them comfortable, my feet don't slide around and I only needed a couple of simpler hikes to break them in. I feel like I'm wearing a boot not the boot wearing me.

Super Comfortable

I got these for hiking on rockier terrain and they are great! Very comfortable, good fit and the grip on rock is fantastic. I love that the back of the ankle part of the boot is stretchy making them way more flexible while still providing ankle support. My first hike to "break them in" was 8 miles and i had no issues. No blisters, no aches. Just super comfortable! Great fit, waterproof, supportive and sturdy.

Great In So Many Ways, But...

I have only worn these for a couple of long walks thus far. Initially, they seemed amazingly comfortable and quite grippy. However, after a couple of miles, some protuberance irritated my right small toe. I love the feel of these boots otherwise, and they are a great looking boot. Will try some moleskin or something but worry I could develop blisters in this spot. Will update review if I come up with a solution because these feel like they could be the perfect hiking boot for my September hiking trip to the Azores.

La Sportiva Hiking Boots.

These boots are the best I have ever worn. The fit is perfect and they have plenty of treads. These will last a long time and would buy them again!
