Very Comfortable

This shoe comes in plus sizes which is nice. I wear a size 14 sneaker and this size 13.5 fits perfectly and the soles grip very well, once it was broken in after a week at the bouldering gym. The only reason I didn't give this shoe an excellent rating was because the velcro straps do not get tight enough around my feet anymore after 3 weeks of use. I have very narrow feet and I'm worried that with continued use, these velcro straps will continue to loosen up. Otherwise, great shoe and a pleasure to wear.

Good Upgrade From A Beginner Shoe

I bought these shoes as an upgrade from the La Sportiva Trantuulace. The lace shoes were a great place to start with climbing shoes as my feet became adjusted to the compression and feel of a climbing shoe. The Aragon's are a significant upgrade. The toe has more rubber on the toe top than my previous shoes allowing for greater feeling and protection in pockets and along edges. The friction the soles provide gives me confidence on small footholds and an upgraded feeling as I search for better toe holds. I purchased this pair a half size down from my lace-up size and while they were tight for the first few climbs they have molded to my feet nicely and fit better than my lace-ups. The velcro makes getting them on / off and loosening the shoes for breaks between climbs a breeze. The double loops on the back of the shoe make getting into and out of the shoes easy as well. I love La Sportiva and ended up getting my lace-ups resold which is also possible for the Aragons. Overall I'm pumped on these shoes for bouldering, top roping and leading in the gym. I haven't tried them outside yet as it's Winter in Colorado but I imagine they'll handle trad climbing just as well. For a modest price increase from a beginner shoe, this is a world of difference.

Great As A Beginner Shoe!

I started climbing about 3-4 times a week for the past 4 months and decided to give these shoes a try under someones recommendation. I opted for a half size down to give myself a little more comfort iInitially they were a little tight but after 6-9 sessions of climbing they've stretched a little and now they feel great. As far as grip goes - at first, i felt like they were a little too slippery on slopes and didnt feel confident at all when climbing which was disappointing. But after a while of climbing with them they feel a lot grippier so I'm content. To be clear I'm a total beginner, climbing V3s at most, so please take my experience with a grain of salt!

Good Price, Solid Shoes

Bought them a size small, and they stretched to a decent fit after maybe 4 climbs. They're my first pair outside of crappy rentals, and I can definitely tell the difference. All around good purchase and value.

Solid Beginner Shoe

These are my first climbing shoes and as such I don't have much of a frame of reference. The Aragon seems to be a good all around beginner shoe, no complaints yet and I haven't felt limited by the shoe in terms of performance. I purchased them 1.5 sizes small and after about 10 sessions at the gym they've stretched so that my big toe just touches the end, which has made them quite comfortable. In general the shoe fits my feet very well.
