Kurgo Journey Air Dog Harness

About This Item

Designed for active dogs that are always out in front (you know the kind), the Journey Air takes the all the best features of the original—the athletic cut, the convenient handle on the back—and ups the ante. It’s a breathable harness featuring a deep V-neck that keeps the shoulders free (and shows off that chest hair), plus features a wide, padded chest plate that helps cut down on strain to the neck. And with rust-free all-aluminum hardware, it comes in at a featherweight 8 oz., so your dog can forget the harness and focus on more important things, like smelling stuff, running, chasing things, and smelling stuff. We think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

Great Harness!

Our second Kurgo air harness, large. Both have been durable, fit the dogs well (Husky and English Setter/Pyrenees), and are great for walks and runs.

Best Harness Ever

Excellent harness for my 31 lb pup. Unfortunately, while the harness fit perfect I had to call Kurgo about returning it. Sydney has gone through a lot of medical trauma April up to now in which he had to wear a full harness all the time even when he had to be in the kennel/cage. So when I put the beautiful Kurgo harness on him it was extremely traumatic for him so I could not keep it. I do highly recommend Kurgo products. I have several of Kurgo products and appreciate the quality and care Kurgo puts into each item they offer.

Great Harness Only Have Used It For The And Day

Only used it for the 2nd day and it's nice and padded at the front of the Cocker Spaniel chest, Leo the handle so you can grab your dog by the handle and get her up on me. After the 3rd time she was attack I did not have a harness that had a handle on it so I could grab her and get her up on my shoulder protect her and sprayed the dog that came after us.

Excelent Harness For Houdini

It is snug and secure and easy to take on and off. My dog (Jake) is a houdini, and I am confident that he can't get out of this. It appears comfortable. I got the orange one, which is very visible in dim light. My jake weighs 70 lbs. I got the Large

Excellent Harness

We have used the Kurgo Air Journey harness for a few months on our 65lb husky and it has been great. Solid, durable, no fear of it coming off - and he is a strong dog, runs with it on, play battles with our other dog while wearing it. We are impressed and are getting one for her (60lb pyreneese/setter).

Quality Product

The quality of kurgo harnesses is unmatched. I have solid control of my dog and can secure her with the top handle if I need to keep her close. It's lightweight and perfect for active dogs. I did have to size up, as measurements recommended a large, but my dog actually required an XL for perfect fit. Several adjustment points makes the harness fit great.

Great Harness

Easy to adjust, lightweight and seems comfortable for my pup.

Useless

Bought a pair for my dogs - could not use either of them. The neck straps are impossible to adjust. Huge waste of time and money. Too bad, they seem well made but poorly designed.

Great New Padded Harness For Pullers.

My boy is about 90 pounds. Went with the XL. Had to snug it up almost all the way in a few spots but it fits well enough with some more space if needed. I like that it has more padding around the chest and armpits. He was getting a fatty tumor type thing under his arms and on his sides from the last one. (He’s a puller). Should’ve switched sooner. Really like the ease of attachment. Goes over the head and clips in so simply. Even a caveman could do it…

Love The Harness But The Buckles Are A Problem

I have had two of these harnesses. I really like the harness itself. It is easy to put on and has all the features that I want in an adventure harness. However, I have had two of these and both of them had a buckle break that couldn't be replaced. Also, the harness is relatively easy to adjust but it also easily slides loose.

Love!

I bought this harness back when it was called the "Pinnacle", probably 10 years ago. I still use it every time I am out with my dog and hardly shows any wear. Naturally, I've continued to purchase this harness for foster dogs and for my new puppy. I recommend it to all my dog training clients too. Having the front and back clip is excellent and I love the handle on the back. When we are out adventuring it lets me support my dog when he jumps up on things. I also like the amount of chest coverage and how the harness sits. It helps distribute pressure across the chest rather than putting pressure on one spot (which I imagine would be uncomfortable). It doesn't restrict their range of motion either. I do miss the metal slide in buckles the old ones had. The plastic quick clips don't feel as nice but on a hot day they probably feel better on the skin

Perfect Harness!

Fantastic quality and looks makes this the perfect harness. Both my bulldogs love them. Easy on and off, and the handle assists with loading into the car.

Ultra Adventurous Harness

This is a very sturdy and comfortable harness for our German Shepherd. It gives him a lot of room for movement and he looks very handsome in the blue! This is our second Kurgo harness. Great, well-crafted product that is durable, easy to wash and our dog actually gets excited when he puts it on for his daily walks and hikes.

Simple And Reliable. Cattle Dog Roux Approved!

second time we have purchased. 5 years after the first time! So grateful they had the same brand. it is the only harness that does not rub, or have clips/metal where an active dog just needs cloth. simple and durable.
