Well made. Great design. Works and does not get in the way. I love how this attaches to the leash. Going to get these for friends.

Great Idea And Execution Of Product

It could be improved by being lighter weight and the hooks for the full/used poo-bag are not great.

Great product, and made better than most bag holders out there. The only gripe I have is the velcro tends to get "ratty" (as opposed to rat terrier, I guess?!), for lack of a better way of putting it. I'd still buy it again- I think it's a really good value overall.

No More Rattling!

We used the first dispenser for about 4 years and it eventually fell apart. We quickly ordered a replacement. This one has lasted about 3 months. The stitching is coming apart and the velcro closures are too small to fit around our Kurgo leash securely. I guess it's the luck of the draw.

While The Design Looked Promising…it Failed

Bought this item new less than six months ago and the zipper ripped from the bag. I repaired it, kept using it. A SECOND hole has now ripped from where the Velcro strap connects to the bag. I am not rough on things and thought this would last longer than it did. Get crafty and make your own poo bag. This is trash.

Useful-but Sitching Came Undone

I like this bag holder because I can clip it on the handle of the dog leash and pull the dog bags out 2 different ways. However, after only a few months, the stitching on one side of the bag holder completely unraveled. Couldn’t use the holder for a while because the bag roll would just fall out. Eventually had to stitch it back together and close the seam again, now it works good as new, just hoping it doesn’t come apart again.

Garbage Dispenser For Garbage Bags

Who designed this? The fasteners barely work, it dispenses on the underside so the roll falls out. Absolute trash. Wouldn’t use it for poop.

Heavy On A Leash

The item itself doesn't attach to the leash very well and the poop tie down spot is too small. I rarely use it since it's more annoying than helpful.

Poop bag is as advertised. I like the metal poop bag holder. The only thing holding me from providing a 5 star review is that the Velcro come detached… although this could be because my dog is still a “puller”.

It Won't Stay In Place On My Leash

It's a cool bag holder but it won't stay in place on my leash. It needs a re-design. I ended up taking a carabiner and clipping it to the loop of the handle. Others here have the same issue. If there was a solution, Kurgo should post the answer instead of responding and asking people to call them. Also, Kurgo forces me to turn off my add blocker so I can get a bunch of ads and re-write my review.
