Great Rack; Awkward To Put Together
Great rack once built. Despite requiring only a few bolts to put together, the process was made difficult by not having any stability lining up holes of the heavy parts. Would be great if there were some spacers in the packaging to help address this.

The bike rack was very well built, easy to put together,
Very sturdy and easy to attach and lock to the car. Putting bikes on was very easy and the included locking system was awesome. When put in the storing position (without bikes) it was neat looking and our license plates were still visible, which is required in some states.
Tilting the rack was easy which I was hoping for since I am a small person, didn’t want it to be hard to life or pull down rack, and I could do that with ease. Bikes on he rack were easy to put on and felt very sturdy. Rack is rather expensive so hope it lasts forever. There is a few add-on parts I would like, such as the 2 bike extension and the swing alway bar. Wish they were not so expensive. Shipping of product was quick.

Great Bike Rack, Very Sturdy And Solid.
I bought this bike rack because I got a new car and need a rack with the 2" receiver. I had the Thule T2 Pro XT which was a great rack but I think I like this one a little better. The bikes do not move at all when I am driving and the pin goes all the way through and locks so I don't need to feel it will come off. This is an awesome rack and my husband got the same one so it's that good. The only drawback is that I wish the strap part would ratchet down like it did on the Thule. That being said it still feels very solid without that.
