This Numbs The Skin Well

This numbs the skin well which distracts from the pain but does nothing to actually address the pain or the source of the pain.

Hmm It's Not Top Notch,

Hmm it's not top notch, but really that's subjective; competitive product work w a broader spectrum and more experience in tape compatible pain relief products. Its like UA playing catch up to Nike in their run lines basically. Still, 4 star effort, sure.

Helps Ease My Pain!

Been struggling with various ailments and have used many different products. I am a fan of KT Tape, so when I saw the recovery roll on, thought I’d give it a try. I use it mainly on my tendinitis and back before I head out for a game of pickleball. It helps!!!! I have to say that the product has eased the pain, and I can play without pain for a few hours.

I Had Tried Other Heat

I had tried other heat gels ( IcyHot , etc ) before I tried the KT Relief Gel. I only buy this now. I feel that it stays hot and lasts longer than the others. I have had shoulder issues this year and I put this on with a long sleeve shirt before bed and in the morning I am usually pain free.
