Relief From Plantar Fasciitis
I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for over a year and have slight overpronation in my right foot. Anyone who has had plantar fasciitis knows how painful and exhausting it is. I work on a concrete floor for nine hours a day. Asolos of a similar style have become too costly for me even though I know they fit me perfectly. I looked at the Pyrenees online for some months, but am one of those people who feel more comfortable purchasing clothing and shoes I can try on in store. I am so glad I took the risk on these. I have worn them for three shifts. I have NO PAIN, not even in the mornings when I first get up. The arch support is excellent. I can tell the outer sole is absorbing the impact, much like standing on an anti-fatigue mat that remains under your feet perpetually. And they also double as an ankle brace, just as I hoped a mid-boot would. It has been raining much here, so I attest they ARE waterproof. I have only one complaint--the leather feels more like plastic to the touch--so I am not certain how long the upper will last, but for now, they are doing what I need them to do.

Sole Separating
I bought these 6 months ago to replace my 10 year-old Pyrenees. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm and dry, but the sole is already separating. I'm so disappointed! These are not nearly the quality of my 10 year old made-in-America pair which I have pushed hard and still wear nearly everyday.

Comfy But Not Waterproof
They are super comfortable, feel like sneakers. However this past few weeks with the snow my feet get wet every day about an hour into work and the boots dont even dry out by morning, sucks but they are nice when its dry outside.

Toes Have Blisters
I broke the shoes in on two trips through a park. I felt it was sufficient enough to take it to a 5 mile sandy loop with 150 feet elevation gain. My toes have blisters I've had to tape for two days now. My knee is tender, my feet are so sore. I own two pairs of Keen slides, and a pair of sandals. I rave about the comfort. But the boots run small in the toe box. I'm not confident in wearing it again. Which is unfortunate, they're not cheap. Really sad about this because I've been eyeing this Keen pair of boots for over a year, knowing my Scarpas were losing tread.

Great Boots
I love these boots, comfortable right out of the box. Perfect fit with a wider toe box than most without needing to order a wide width.

Pyrenees !!!
I always wore Targhees before I tried these boots. These are perfect for winter hiking. Great grip and leather keeps me dry and warm. Hands down, the best KEEN boot for me!! Highly recommended but I wish I had gone with 9. 5 instead of 10s!!

Best Boots I’ve Ever Owned
This is the third pair of this boot I’ve owned. They have plenty of toe room! I hike and walk and work in these boots. I wear them all day every day of the week. My legs are not fatigued in these boots. My feet are well supported and I also use them as winter boots for snowshoeing and shoveling. Best boots I’ve ever owned. Well worth the buy.

Great Boots
My favorite hiking boots. I've worn a LOT orlf Keen boots and I really have beaten these up and they just keep going. Great fit, no break in, good ankle support, nice traction, no leakage, and a good look (mine are syrup). WHEN these wear out, if the model is still available, I'll buy it again. And again.

No Blisters!
In 50 years of hiking, these boots are the only boots that don’t give me heel blisters! I’ve been hiking in them for 3 years now, from the Tetons to the Inca Trail. I have no complaints about durability, waterproofing. The sole could be more griping, but have never fallen. Thank you Keen for making a boot that I could wear every day.

Sole On Boots Broke On Both Boots
I really loved these boots until parts of the sole started coming off on the inner back parts of the sole after about 50 miles of hiking just under a year. This cause me a lot of foot and hip pain. Stylish though I guess if you aren’t hiking often.

Must Have!
This is the third pair I have of these boots. My favorite of the many hiking boots I've tried. The color this time was a very light shade of Syrup as compared to the first pair I ordered. As long as Keen keeps the fit the same, I won't complain. The roomy toe box, and comfortable footbed are what makes these work so well for my problem feet (bunions and Morton's neuroma).

Excellent Hiking Boots
Excellent hiking boots. I love, love, LOVE my Keen Pyrenees hiking boots. I wear a size 8, I bought a size 8, and they fit perfectly. The heel doesn't slip, and I actually have room for two pairs of socks with no toe restrictions. The boot tops opens wide enough for ease of putting them on. I have not used them yet on a really long hike, but I've worn them on a couple of five milers in rocky terrain with lots of altitude changes, and they performed beautifully. I have even ordered a second pair just in case Keen quits making these.

Problem With Treads Separating From Shoes
Love the fit, wide toe box, waterproof, true to size, aggressive treads. But, less than 6 months of wearing for a 2 mile daily walk through mowed grass field, the treads are separating from the shoe. Very disappointed as I otherwise love these boots.

Fit Is Nice
I just bought these. Second pair of Keen hiking boots. have never worn this style before though. They are true to size, and fit my foot well. I think the front of the tongue area will take some breaking in as it is a bit stiff and bit into my shin on the first wearing of them. I will use some bit of padding material until they soften up. Otherwise, I think they are going to work fine for me.
