I needed a pair of really good swim shorts, but I didn't want the typical swim short look. I wanted a great all-around short I could wear in and out of the water. These shorts are just that! They look great to wear around town and while eating dinner, and they have all the essential features of swim shorts inconspicuously added, like drain holes in the pockets, EXTREMELY fast drying fabric, and lightweight enough for comfort but durable enough for longevity. The pockets are HUGE. Plenty of room for keys, big smartphones, and wallets. The rear pockets are velcro locking for added security. Never had an issue with the button coming undone and the belt is a nice edition to tighten up as needed. The waves were very intense at the beach with a red flag warning, and while about three other people in our group lost their shorts riding the waves, these babies never failed. Thoroughly impressed and will certainly buy another when the need arises.
