⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Impressed With The Jbl Charge 5!

I took my JBL Charge 5 kayaking out on the lake while listening to music, and unfortunately a big wake came through and tipped me and my kayak over. I honestly thought I had just lost my speaker to the lake. 😅 When I finally got it back, I was shocked to find that it was still floating and STILL PLAYING MUSIC! I pulled it out of the water, and it didn’t miss a beat. The sound quality is still just as good as it was brand new. What makes this even better is that I actually lost a JBL Flip a couple of years ago in the same lake while I was out on a boat. So when I saw the Charge 5 floating after getting dumped in the water, I was extremely thankful. 😂 I’m seriously impressed with the durability, waterproofing, battery life, and especially the sound quality. JBL has definitely earned my trust. I’m sold for life and will always buy JBL from now on. Thank you, JBL, for making a speaker that can actually survive the adventures I put it through! 🎶🌊💯

Not The Jbl Of Yesterday!

I’ve own JBL products in the past that were top notch. This item does not meet the standard. Not enough power. It will do but since I had it personalized I can’t return it. The personalization is really good. Cheers!

Great Sound Quality

I have had the smaller version and thoroughly enjoy using it in my truck as the dash unit is damaged. Is quite a bit larger than my older unit but seems to have better sound quality

I love this speaker. We took to the beach and it worked great. The teal color is my favorite part. Nothing plays like a JBL speaker. I’d buy again

Most Durable Speaker!

I bought this JBL last year and brought it on my deployment—very popular speaker for military. During my deployment we were attacked constantly and my building was hit. It then rained for 2 days straight. When it was safe I recovered my speaker, let it dry out, and it still worked. This brought the morale up not only for myself, but also for the other 100 military cops just trying to survive with me. I’m forever a lifelong JBL customer due to this and would highly recommend this product to anyone!

This is my second charge 5 and I couldn't be more pleased!! I am a music buff I think and a musician and when it comes to portable Bluetooth speakers the jbl charge 5 hit the sweet spot!!

Last speaker I bought (not JBL) was fine for a couple of years but then got very tacky and couldn’t hold a connection. I like things to last longer than that. JBL seems more robust and hopefully will.

Let me tell you, first of all, it does the job it plays music as it should and all that good stuff but the really impressive thing about it is that it truely is waterproof and 10/10 resistant!!!😳🤯 like no way it made it through a fire, perhaps it didn’t catch on fire itself but it was in a room that did and it made it out just fine!! It rained all night so it got soaking wet due to the building no longer having a roof 👀 and once we got it out it dried real quick, charged it a little and there you go working like nothing had happened 😳🫣 I had to come here and leave a review without anyone asking because man this is one less thing we have to worry about buying after that incident and music is life can’t go without it at work 👷🏻‍♀️ definitely recommending it to family and friends or gifting from now on 😍🎁 1000/10 👌🏼

Sound Is Amazing

This was a gift for my brother and he was very happy. I have the same one in a different color and just love it so much.
