Love It

This is a great mattress. I bought one but it unfortunately had a leak. Intex replaces it no problem. The second one has held up fantastically. It is very comfortable and the built in pump makes it an ease to fill it with as much or little air as desired.

Was Working Great

Bought this mattress on January 13, 2026. Up until 3 days ago it was working great then all of a sudden it started loosing air. When I removed the sheet to examine the mattress for a leak, I noticed the left top side of the mattress had a bulge towards the bottom end and the side top seam on the left side had extended larger than the right side. After searching all parts, I found a small leak in the seam located at the end of the mattress. I sealed it using the supplied patch but it still deflates.

I've Had These Mattresses, And They've Worked Out

Excellent—they honored the warranty. Now all that remains is to use it, and I hope it lasts for a good long while.

I Had Problems From The Very First One

The first mattress I received the motor was broken and how do use the warranty to get A new one then the second one they sent me deflated with a hole in it after only four weeks I do not recommend this bed at all. It’s only been a problem since I got it but I will say that my warranty they handled it very quickly. I got my new beds within four days and I didn’t have to pay anything or send anything back.

From Temporary To Permanent!

I bought this mattress 3 years ago when we first moved into this house. We put our 3 inch memory foam mattress on top of it, and it's been FANTASTIC! It was only supposed to be temporary while we shopped for furniture - we sleep so great on it that we just ordered another one. The one we bought 3 years ago is starting to leak - no big deal, I'm surprised it lasted this long.

Good Mattress Top, Needs Shut Off Valve.

This was a replacement item to cover warranty for another Intex air mattress model that I previously purchased. The previous model had a double pump but this one only has a single pump. However, the air mattress blew up pretty quickly. After a few days I did have to add additional air but after three days the mattress seems stable. I'm not sure if I didn't inflate enough the first time but I'm going to monitor the inflation hold closely. The mattress bed has a good top and is comfortable when fully inflated. I would prefer that the pump shuts off when the mattress is fully inflated.

I've had this product for less than 30 days , I would have given it 5 stars but it wasn't the same size as the one that I originally ordered, by the way this is a replacement. So far so good 👍🏾 , I've always loved Intex.

Great Bed But Didn't Last

Bought this mattress hoping to use it 3-4 weekends per year. Used it 3 nights and absolutely loved it. A few months later we attempted to use it again and were on the floor after a couple of hours. It appears to leak at the pump. Inflated it again the next night and same issue. We were very disappointed. Filled out the paper work and was sent a new one. Haven't used the new one yet but hoping we get more than one use out of it.

Received this mattress in March, used quite often, but not enough for it to just start deflating when you sleep. Has no holes, must be on the seams.

First One Failed On Second Use

I bought this matress, Tested it when I first got it and used it once in my home. I took it campling and it deflated the first night. Upon returning home and checked it and found over four pin hole leaks in the matress at varios spots. when camping I used a ground cover and the bottom of my tent is think so I am leaning toward a defect in the matress. But I contacted Intex and they sent me a brand new one that has been up for over 7 days and no leaks. I am hoping for the best on my next camping trip because this matress is really nice and comfortable

Very Good Support

The support line is very helpful. The defect air bed was replaced promotlt.

Hit Or Miss

My first one I had was amazing and lasted almost 6 months, but this replacement they sent us with our warranty is faulty I think since we have to keep adding air through the day and it goes a bit soft on us when we're sleeping. It's been over a week so I doubt it's still stretching out.

Disappointed With This One

So it's 3 weeks in with nightly use of this particular inflatable mattress and I'm honestly not impressed with this one. Sure it's comfortable and I've had s few Intex mattresses in the past, all purchased at a big box retailer except for this one. I know these mattresses are supposed to stretch as one uses them, but I've never had one 'stretch' this much. Every night I've had to wake up and add air or when I get home from work I find air needs to be added. I thought maybe there's a leak in it from the factory at this point, but I can't find it like I usually can when these eventually wear out.
