Cheaply Made

We were really excited about this cooler, especially since it was a replacement for a previous cooler that failed under warranty and was no longer in production. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed when this one arrived. As soon as we opened it, we immediately questioned the durability of the lid hinges. In fact, we joked about how quickly they would break. The hinge design feels flimsy and poorly constructed, and we have so little confidence in it that we don't even plan to use the cooler. It's very disappointing to receive a replacement product that appears to have such an obvious design flaw. We expected much better quality and durability, especially from a cooler intended for regular use.

Turns Ice Into Water In 2 Days On A 65-70 Deg Day.

We bought this just to upgrade what we had. Our old cooler was pretty old. It was thicker so we assumed it would hold ice longer. This is about the same as our old one if not maybe a little worse as far as how long the ice lasts. We used it all week while camping in 65-72 degree weather. We always made sure it was in the shade. I'd say it can hold ice for about 2 days. That's about how often we had to run to the gas station to get ice. We expected better. Its's bigger, and bulkier than our old one. Holds about the same as our old one, and performs the same or worse than out old one.
