Love It

It’s heavy but wheels help. It’s a bit too tall for our truck bed cover.

Buy A Better Ice Chest

Probably one of the worst ice chest I ever purchased. Doesn’t hold ice at all, I had to find a store camping, having to make multiple trips to get ice. The inside tray that is inside ice chest amazing idea only if the moving clips held it inside the chest without falling after a couple of time opening and closing chest.

Igloo Trailmate

The handle was unable to extend because a plastic clip that releases it was on the outside. Disappointung to say the least

Wheeled Igloo Cooler

This is the best cooler that have ever owned. This is my second one.

Strong And Agile

Nice design, plenty of add-ons for what you're paying for. Although I got the wrong colored order, I still like the cooler and it's functionality

Ice Retention Let Down

I just took this cooler to the beach for the first time. I love how you are able to strap items on top of the cooler and the wheels worked well in the sand. However, the purpose of a cooler is to keep items cold and this is where I was let down. Igloo stated ice retention up to for days and that is not what I experienced. I do understand it was at the beach, but it was not in the sun. I have taken cheaper coolers to the beach and had the ice last longer.

Loved It

It went great on my block party with this cooler got the job done for sure

Excellent Cooler!

Tested it at the beach, amazing! Wheels made it extremely convenient to move. Not to mention only used a small bag of ice and it retained extremely well the cold

Great Features

Great cooler! The Trail Mate Igloo has plenty of storage space, durable construction, excellent insulation, and convenient features that make it easy to take anywhere. It keeps drinks and food cold for hours and is perfect for camping, road trips, tailgating, or a day outdoors!

Wheels On The Icechest Are Big And Stable. Rolls Over Sand With Ease.

This ice chest is more than an ice chest, it also hauls your much needed activity gear. We take this to the ball park frequently.

Cooler Return

I ordered this cooler, but when I opened the box, I found that it was defective. The telescopic handle did not function properly because of how it had been installed, and the lid did not fit correctly. The return process was fast and simple, but the situation was still frustrating because I had planned to use the cooler for a July 4th party. After waiting another two weeks, I received a replacement. So far, everything seems to be working properly. However, the experience is a little like noticing a coffee stain on someone’s shirt when you first meet them. After that, you naturally start looking for other things that may be wrong. You never get a second chance to make a great first impression. A simple inspection of this cooler would have caught this and made a great impression!

Not Happy With Cooler!

Does not hold ice as long as it says, only lasted a day and a half without having an add ice and 80° weather.

Lid Broke And No Replacement Available

The lid broke after very light use — one of the two hinge tabs snapped, and Igloo does not sell replacement lids. That means the entire cooler becomes useless even though everything else is in perfect condition. Very disappointing quality and zero support for replacement parts.

Do Not Buy, Terrible Parts Availability

I've actually really enjoyed this cooler for the last 5 years, however this year the plastic part that holds the axle on broke. It has a few screws holding it down, easy enough to get to, so I figured I'll just order a replacement. Nope. They don't offer these parts. The cooler otherwise works great but the portability is gone. For the cost, I would recommend going with another brand that offers better repairability

Definitely Glad I Purchased

Great purchase. Very stout and rugged. Not quite the ice life of other brands but value exceeds the performance difference.
