The shirt has been worn while working as a groundskeeper, running, and kayaking. It's lightweight, breathable, and very comfortable. It's snug without being tight. I'm usually a medium in men's shirts and the medium fits well.

Lightweight & Comfortable
It's nice and thin so you can wear it in a wide temperature range. In the summer, just roll up the sleeves and use as a base layer for hiking, etc. I have a much older long sleeve Icebreaker and it's my goto for a lot of occasions. Runs a little long, but not too bad.
