HydroJug Traveler vs. a standard straw tumbler: What is different?
The Traveler combines 40 oz. capacity with a flip straw, handle, cupholder-compatible shape and leakproof design. Compared with an open-straw tumbler, the closable straw and sealed lid are designed for easier transport in bags, vehicles and daily commutes. Open-straw designs may provide faster access to beverages but generally prioritize at-home, office or stationary use over spill-resistant portability.
How does the Traveler lid work?
The circular flip straw opens for drinking and closes to keep the drinking surface covered. The ambidextrous lid supports right- or left-handed sipping, while the rubber base helps protect surfaces. Triple-wall insulation is designed to keep beverages cold.
Who is it best for?
Best for commuters, gym-goers and active individuals who want a large-capacity tumbler for all-day hydration. The Traveler is especially useful for people who spend long hours away from home, athletes carrying hydration throughout the day and users who want fewer refill trips during work, travel or workouts. Its cupholder-compatible design makes it a practical option for daily commuting and road trips, while the closable straw helps support spill-resistant transport. Those looking for a large tumbler that combines portability, convenience and everyday usability may find the Traveler particularly appealing.

Black Tumbler
I really like the tumbler. I purchased the all black with gold. Its a 40 ounce and it is very big. I should have purchased the 32 ounce. But all in all, I do like it and Ive used it every day. It does not leak.

Beautiful Mug!
Love my Hydrojug! These cups keep things cold for >24 hrs. Only downside is that at the base of the straw, it'll get moldy because you can't clean down there. They offer different lids on the company site and that has fixed the problem!

Disapointed
I love the color- I got sweatpea. I got the last one available and it was only able to come via same day shipping. It came scratched. I wanted to return but if I returned it I would have not gotten that color that I wanted. I am upset that I payed that much and they gave me a scratched waterbottle. It is like someone else returned it scratched and they just gave it to me. I am disapointed.

Easy To Use And Super Convenient - Does Not Leak!
I bought this Christmas themed 40oz Hydrojug during summer because it was on sale and I know I'll want it for the holiday season. I absolutely love Hydrojug water bottles because I can close the lid and throw it in my car or bag without worrying about it leaking. I have never had an issue with it and it's super durable, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I have 4 of them now because they're the best! Highly recommend!

Does Not Hold Ice
This cup does not hold ice even overnight. My stanley has held oce for days. When messaged the company, they said they cant help me. Dicks wont retuen becausw it's been "used" even though it was just to test the ice. Lesson learned.
