Black Mold! No Way To Clean!

I went to clean my cup & noticed black mold on the lid! I tried pulling it apart to clean & there was NO way to do it! I contacted company & their reply was to send a lid! What happens when it develops again? Go buy a BRUMATE! They are perfect!!

I love my hydrojug and i’m obsessed with the red and white gingham print. It’s easy to clean. The handle isn’t awkward. It’s leakproof which is very travel friendly. I will be purchasing more in the future.

I bought this item not too long ago, and I’ve never dropped it. I woke hand wash this water bottle but the tap to pull the straw up broke in half, even though it is plastic. Don’t buy this unless you want an unreliable water bottle that breaks for no reason.

I LOVE Hydrojugs and own many of them. They are my favorite cup on the market right now, so when this new color released I had to have it!

Love this cup! First Hydrojug and so disappointed that after a WEEK the handle broke off! Not sure if I’d buy another now!
