[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this because the carry strap on my old (standard) cap broke. it's been SO NICE to be able to drink water without fully unscrewing the bottle! my one issue is that the straws that come with this cap are a bit long for my bottle, so they're getting slightly bent, but they're not bending so much that they're unusable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaces the same cap that I had for 2 years. It was getting a bit yucky so I decided to replace it and ordered the same cap. The old cap never leaked but this new replacement cap does leak. I have done all the things, tried all the things and if my bottle gets sideways in my bag/backpack, it will leak. I will probably end up ordering a new cap and hopefully it won't have the same issue.

I searched for Hydroflask’s regular size straw-sipper screw. -in top in stores & on-line because I have 2 flasks & only one top. I couldn’t find one anywhere. I called your Going Going Gone Store in Chandler as a last resort & talked to an employee who said they had one in stock. However when I arrived, the one in stock turned out to be for a “wide-mouth” flask. The employee was as disappointed as I was and said he would order one to be shipped free to my home! Kudos to him & Dicks Sporting Goods for their superb customer service!
