I wasn't exactly sure what size would be best for my needs but the 20L was on sale so that's what I chose. It is bigger than it looks in the photos with no reference points! It will be great for trips to the beach and will easily fit my ice packs along with whatever food and drinks we need, so I'm happy with it. I also love the color (surf). The top and bottom are stiff, the middle is fabric over something thin. It's lightweight. The straps are sturdy. I'm only sad that it is going to get dirty once we use it outside!

It's so cute and a great size. I get a ton of compliments on it, but we took it on a road trip for our first use and it was in the air conditioned car and the ice melted within a few hours which is a bummer for the price. Wouldn't buy again.

I deliver Meals on Wheels so I actually purchased the Carry Out Soft Cooler to keep the meals hot/warm. The meals fit perfectly and, even at the end of the route, they are still warm.

The cooler is the perfect size for transporting beverages, prepared soups and other items that require insulation.
We needed a cooler for day trips and grocery runs. We live a bit aways from our favorite grocery store. This cooler has come in very handy for groceries, cold stuff stays cold. We got it in Trillium and it is a great bubblegum pink. The cooler is a great size too, it lives in the trunk of one of vehicles, so we always have it for grocery runs or impromptu day trips and outings.

We really needed a cooler for things like park days, boat days, road trips etc. I was really impressed with how cold everything kept on a hot Colorado day. I do think this works best with reusable ice blocks. We had no issues when using those.

This cooler is awesome! I already had the 12L and use all the time but wanted something a little bigger for longer weekends. This keeps my food cold really well and holds a good amount! It’s a good size. I got the limited edition blue on blue since there was a sale.

We’ve had our cooler for less than a month and it is leaking as if it has a hole in the bottom of it.
Bought this in May 2023. After using it a couple of times, we immediately noticed that it leaked and, if left overnight, the moisture saturated the entire cooler’s exterior. Works okay to keep things cool but carrying a constantly damp sand magnet during our annual beach week leads me to replace it with a different brand.

I’m enjoying the soft cooler. It looks great and is light enough to carry a couple of gallons of milk. When they say it keeps things cold for 24 hours, I don’t think they mean in a hot car in Texas… but it is acceptable for my needs.

I was really excited for this cooler, but using it for the first time this week, and the ice melted within 4 hours and the bottom of the cooler was soaking wet. Definitely disappointed I spent this much on a cooler that doesn't hold the water inside or keep the ice frozen.
Lightweight, Good quality and holds a lot. Easier to carry around than a hard cooler. Great day use.
