Best Purchase I've Made.

They just replaced my bottle for free because after nearly 3 years it lost it's insulating capabilities for whatever reason. But the fact they actually replaced it with nothing more than a few emails and some pictures made the whole process easy. This was my first bottle, I've bought 2 more after I had mine for a week, one for each one of my kids because their bottles does what it says it keeps your water cold and no added flavors. They already had my loyalty, their warranty service just cemented that thrust.

Horrible Insulation

Good Insulation
