I bought 4 Hydro Flask. When I received my delivery, all the bottles were wrapped with one brown paper and together in a plastic bag. I was shocked because I knew there would be dents on the bottles. Sure enough, without the proper case protections, the delivery caused all the damage. On top of it, I was given the wrong color of boot as shown on the advertisement. I strongly do not recommend ordering Hydro Flask and possible other items from Dickssportinggoods! They don’t know how to package and deliver with cautions!!!!

24 Ounce Hydro Flask, Purple And Pink With Tan Handle

I saw the one you bought in the Pasadena location store with a blue lid call pool and I saw the one with the purple lid and the purple bottle with a pink boot I didn’t take that purple one in the store. I had to have them order me one because the one in the store had a scratch on it and dent in it so I’m hoping that the one in the picture it look Jakle just like the one in the store it was purple with a purple there a tan handle and a pink boot I get mine Thursday. I’m hoping it’s exactly the way I wanted it I feel bad for you. You can go back to the store and I saw the one that you bought in the store. It has everything attached to it. It’s blue with a blue lid pink handle. And tan boot.
