I’ve purchased multiple Hydro Flask items, and I truly love them. The quality is excellent—they keep my drinks at the perfect temperature for hours, whether hot or cold. They’re also very convenient to use and easy to carry around. One of my favorite things is the color selection. They offer beautiful, vibrant options that make them stand out. Best experience ever dealing with warranty claim. Step by step clear instructions and replacement procedures. Couldn’t ask for much more, color was incorrect, sage vs gray, but I still like it and will use it as my go to daily and camping mug!

I really appreciate that every part of this mug comes apart and can be easily cleaned. That’s one of the most important things for me when choosing drinkware. My only complaint is the size options. I wish there were a 16 oz option, because 12 oz feels too small and 24 oz is a bit too big.

While the mug is quite beautiful aesthetically, it does not function well. Even with everything closed and covered, and only filled half way, walking will cause spillage.

I returned these items and am waiting for the refunds. Unlike water jugs which I own several, these are not a good products as it does not contain temperature. Please process my refunds asap. Thank you.
