Mostly Great New Design. I Hate The Dust Cover.
I use this bottle a ton, like 90 days a season in the winter. My old flux 1L broke and I dislike the new nozzle. It is not an upgraded design. The dust cover adds faff to my drinking, I don't want to have to flip a cover and then unscrew. It also allows air back in now! Previous nozzle I would drink and get water and the bottle would not back fill with the cold winter air. This would keep my drink from freezing.

Like The Product But It Makes Water Taste Bad
I bought to take to Patagonia instead of my metal bottle to save space in my suitcase. It works fine but the water tastes terrible. Does it ever get better? Any suggestions to get rid of the off taste?

Its A Water Bottle, It Transports Water.........
Only have used this once so far but overall, it does what it's supposed to do, transport water. Not totally sure about the filter in this? I wouldn't go using it in any murky or real dirty water. For that, I'll stick to my Grayl. For day hikes or bike trips, it works. We'll see how durable it is in the long haul as I will continue to use this but make sure it doesn't get around anything sharp or pointy. It has some durability to it but doesn't feel like a lot. Basically, think what your bladder in a pack can take and use it towards this. Overall though, I would rate it 5 stars, since it does do what it's supposed to do and does eliminate bulkiness as you drink down and breaks down to basically a size of a baseball when not in use and is really light. The filter is nice option to have to feel better about your water but as stated previously, don't rely on it.

Great Bottle!
I absolutely love this bottle. I have two other 1L sizes as well. My fiancé and I have added the plug and play tops along with the hydro tubes and completely replaced our water bladders for hiking. I love how compact the bottles get when empty. They are lightweight, easy to store, easy to fill, easy to clean, and easy to use. Would highly recommend.
