This is a game changer for fat biking in cold temps. We always struggle to keep liquids from freezing, and this bladder fits perfectly in a jersey pocket, keeping it from freezing. It doesn't leak, you can drink super fast, and the lid works great. Amazing product!!

Use this for shorter trail runs - fits perfectly into a belt pack and does NOT leak. It gets smaller the more I hydrate since it collapses.

Does the job. Does not leak. Stowable and foldable in pocket. Only downside is it can be hard to rescrew the cap back on after refilling it with water.

I have a vintage bike with no braze ons for cages. Found a clamp to hold on one cage but definitely need more water with me. Brought two, one in each side jersey pockets. A bit heavy wearing a kilo of water, but easy for me to grab and drink on the fly. Stuffs back in the pockets easily. My modern bike has two cages but at 90° today an extra 500cc went to good use.

I've been using the Stow 500ml off and on for a year now. Cons: Cleaning is a pain due to the small opening. Drying is Worse! Also die to the small opening. I live in a Very Dry area and it takes forever to dry out after rinsing. HydraPak does not offer any cleaning videos, wonder why? Water still smells like plastic after a year. Leaks a little from the lid/spout. Pros: Light Collapsible Flexible for Stowage

Pros: Love the flexibility and collapsibility! Makes packing in tight spaces much easier than a stiff sided water bottle. Can't quite believe it's 1L. Cons: The nozzle gets SO DIRTY - dirtier than any other water bottle or reservoir I've ever used- and is really hard to clean. A Q-tip is the only way to truly get all the gunk out. I also haven't found the nozzle to be leak-proof as advertised: I've had leak issues both from the cap and nozzle. If the cap isn't threaded absolutely perfectly, it leaks. If the cap accidently flips open in your pack and the bottle is squeezed by the bumping and jostling, it leaks. Opened my pack up more than once to find I'm out of water and all of my gear is wet.

I've had mine for about 4 years. I use it for snowboarding. After all these years I still can't get rid of that unpleasant taste. It's better than carrying a water bottle but it's still annoying the foul taste is still there.

Pro: I use this alot while snowboarding. It fits nice inside the jacket pocket without too much bulk. Packs down nicely . Cons/Improvements: hard to twist cap on. Awkward & static grab loop around the top. A loop that could pivot 180 over the cap would make it easier to attach to things if desired.

I purchased the stow 500 ml for a trip to Norway and I wanted something that I could use on the plane but pack when not in use. I also wanted it for hiking and I liked that it doesn't make a sloshing sound like water does when in a partially filled bottle. So far, I really like it. Except for one thing. It leaves a taste in the water that isn't a good taste. I've tried cleaning it, leaving water in it for long periods, and filling it right before I leave for a hike. No matter what, there is an unpleasant taste. I'll continue to use it, but I wish it didn't change the taste of the water.

I've had this guy for over a year and while I love its lightweight and packable design as well as the cap cover, my water always tastes like plastic! I've used and washed it countless times, even with the cleaning tabs, and the taste won't go away. I never want to use it because my water will just taste awful. Really bummed about this and wonder how others don't have this problem!
