The Phantom Eco Block Party Volley 17" brings the signature Block Party stripes to a classic volley fit. Made from Phantom stretch fabric with a DWR coating, it is lightweight, quick-dry, and built for movement. Finished with mesh-lined slash pockets, a velcro back pocket, and a recycled drawcord for functional style.
