Excellent Trail Shoes

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. Perfect if you have a narrower foot. I have these and the Bondis and I greatly dislike the Bondis because they are just too wide on my foot compared to these. If you have a wider foot, you're probably better off getting Speedgoats. The Mafates are very comfortable, stable on trails, and have great traction. I also have high arches, which was a concern for me at first, but I haven't had any issues with my arches wearing these and I run in them daily!
