I bought these with high hopes after reading so many great reviews and thought the high price tag would be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The shoes rubbed against the outside of my foot. I initially thought it was just a break-in issue. Sadly, that wasn’t the case, and these shoes just aren’t the right fit for me. I tried to return them, but Dick’s has a terrible shoe return policy. Unless you’re absolutely certain a sneaker will work for you, I would think twice about buying it there. I can’t return them through HOKA either because I didn’t purchase them directly from their website. So now I’m out nearly $190 for a pair of shoes I can’t comfortably wear. Very disappointing, especially given the price and all the positive reviews.

Heads up, if you buy their $200 running shoes they will take your money, but won’t exchange or refund. 2 weeks ago I bought a pair of Hoka Bondi 9 running shoes. After I did a 4 mile my toes hurt badly, and went to Dicks with the original receipt to exchange them for a wide shoe since it has a 90-days return policy. The employee said they are mildly used and can’t accept them. I guess Dicks is expecting us to use their running shoes on the rug in the living room.
