Pieces Are Loose On Both Shoes After 3 Months

I received my hokas for Christmas. At three months they are already falling apart. Both soles have several loose pieces

These were just ok. I felt they did not live up to the hype. Not that comfortable at all as my feet were killing me by end of day and I could not wait to get them off!! Now they are collecting dust in my closet. Went back to adidas ultra boost the best!!

So Comfy

I bought these recently because my old Arahis were getting worn out. These Hokas are the best. I use them for running and for everyday use becuase they are plush, which is good for my bad knee. I love that Dick’s has them in wide. I just wish there were more color choices for the wide ones. There are many more options for the N width.

I own 2 pairs of the Arahi 6 in wide.unfortunately the last pair I received was 1/2 in wider on the right shoe. I had to return.

K had these a few weeks and love them. I am a Hoka Clifton 8 purchaser but will purchase these moving forward. Love the gray!

Selling Used Shoes As New

I bought 2 pairs of these when the discounted price was listed. The first pair showed up used and dirty (stains, creases, dirty tread etc.) and then I received the second pair in the same condition. It appears when people buy, use and then return- Dicks turns around and sells them as brand new shoes without doing a quality check to see that they are definitely used. Highly upset with this as when reaching out to the customer service department, it appears responsibility is not taken and a reasonable credit/apology is unable to be provided. I will be shopping elsewhere for shoes as it appears this may be an ongoing issue that I do not want to find out about. Don't recommend.
