Very Good Trainer

This is a great training shoe. The wide version helps. Very comfortable and fast. Great, responsive cushioning. The plate is not too stiff. Good traction, Nice upper and laces. I wear out the outer heel edge of shoes and I thought these would hold up. But they wore out quicker than expected and that is why I rated a 4.

These are probably my most comfortable speed day shoe. Great for the easy warmup and then you can really turn it up when the real work starts. I love them. Might buy more.

Good For Standing & Walking

I'm 57 years old, 5'9", 204 lbs. I occasionally work as a security guard, and I'm required to stand or walk the entire shift. I purchased these shoes for comfort. This was an excellent purchase. I can feel the comfort in my ankles and knees.
