This shoe has been solid thus far on my outdoor running adventures. I use these to lift weights on occasion as well. The soles are comfortable and my foot does not feel like it is jammed into a space that is too small so they feel good. I can tell they are wearing down faster than I would prefer so I wish they were less expensive.

Fool Me Twice, Shame On Hoka

They look like top-tier running shoes, but wearing them feels like a trap. The toe box is narrow enough to give you corns, and for a brand famous for plush cushioning, the heel feels like a lightly padded brick. This was my second pair of Hokas, proving I’m slow to learn that the massive hype around this brand is a total myth. To make a bad situation worse, Dick’s Sporting Goods refused my return because one sole had a tiny scuff mark from testing them out. Apparently, walking in running shoes invalidates your purchase. A completely miserable, overpriced experience. Save your money and buy a pair of Brooks at Academy Sports instead.

So Comfortable

I bought the blue one 3 months ago and they fit and feel great! I have flat feet and usually add an insert but I don’t need it with these. I get enough support without having any foot pains. I can walk miles in these and still want to walk more. Feels like walking on clouds with the cushion. If I could, I would wear it 24/7.
