My son gave me a pair of Arahi 5's. Wore Nike ACG's hiking in the grand canyon 7 years ago and pulled a tendon. Haven't ran much since due to pain from the tendon and shin splints. I've had pain in my left heel also. Same day that I received these, I went running for a couple of miles without pain. Thankful to God for my son and these shoes. I can walk and run without pain.

I got fitted for and purchased the silver pair at a specialty running store, but they were completely out of the black. I was really happy to find them on Dick's website and have them shipped to my door. I'm trying to walk more to get back into shape, but I pronate when I walk, which can cause pain in my knees. These shoes are the perfect combo of stability to keep things level, and extra cushioning for my heavy heel strike.

I was an avid user of Newton running shoes for the past decade and became frustrated with the lack of cushioning for longer runs. I’ve known about Hoka’s for a while and finally decided to switch. So far I’ve put on about 30 miles in them and they are infinitely more comfortable that the Newton’s and I don’t feel sore after runs like I did before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several pairs of Hoka's for running, walking, and life so I purchased these shoes for my husband as he was in need of a pair of shoes that he could wear to work (fashionable), go on walks in, and do certain workouts in. He LOVED them. "Most comfortable shoes I've ever had".

I bought these for my daily walks. They provide great support and stability during the walks, especially on my longer days. They hold up very well compared to other top rated running shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hokas are great, but they don’t last as long as other running shoes. Max 300 miles and they’re toast. otherwise great shoes. Just make sure to have a new pair ready to go slash fresh for races

I bought these shoes for my son for running. He loves them and they are very light on his feet.

Bought these for my 16 yr old son who usually wears Saucony Guides. He likes the bouncyness. But they do run a bit big and the toebox is a bit wider.
