Poor Shipping Process
I'm sure the shoes are fantastic but I have yet to receive them. Website status shows shows label printed/awaiting carrier pick up on 12/9 and it's 12/30 today. I've sent three messages to you asking for an update (2 on your website and 1 on Facebook) but haven't received a response other than the automated we're busy and will answer in the order received. These were ordered for a Christmas gift - I understand shipping delays but I don't understand how every inquiry has been ignored.
