Great energy without extra caffeine. Love these before or during my runs. Also like them for mid afternoons when I hit that energy wall and still have a million mom-things to do.

Love this product for my long runs with BCAA in it.
Great energy gel to use before long workouts. I use them before training runs to make sure I have electrolytes and energy.

Grabbed a handful of these while in the checkout line. Didn’t realize one had a hole and leaked all over my bag. Took it back and the gal behind the register couldn’t care less. Said it was unreturnable and threw it away. So make sure you check each pack before buying or you’ll be out $3+ and have stickiness all over your purchases.

Love the chocolate flavored Gu for long runs. A bit thick, but they go down fine with water and the flavor is much better than any other gel I've tried. No GI distress for me!

I have tried many different types of fuel for my long runs but never the Gu Roctane before now. In the colder weather it was definitely easier to consume over chewing blocks when cold. The flavors were tasty and easy to use on the go. I also felt great after using them and noticed the energy change.
