Backpacker's Essentials

It is a good size and nice to fold in half to take up less space in the backpack. However, heavier than I anticipated and can bukle easily at the fold crease. Need to be very careful picking it up while food is on top of it or else it might fold on you.

Gsi Outdoors Cutting Board

This is a good purchase if you want to be a little more comfy in the woods. It’s lightweight enough to take backpacking but it’s not an essential item. However it does fold in half so it doesn’t take a lot of space. And sometimes it’s just nice to have a real cutting board, using a stump can get quite old on long trips
