The Geopress Is A Good Product
Seems to function well. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the rubberized grip on the sides having a couple of bad looking pock marks assumably from the molding process. But overall, I like the product and the construction feels strong.

No More Disney World Swamp Water Taste!
First off let me say it’s wicked hard to press so this is not for the weak, frail or anyone missing full back and chest hair. BUT if you need clean and purified water, this 1lb thermos is begging to be added to your aching back. No really it does the job so suck it up. Literally. I mean, have you tasted Florida tap water? Have you ever cleaned a turtle tank? GET THE THERMOS!

Great Water Filter For Traveling
Heavy for backpacking, but terrific for travel when weight is less of a concern and you want to be safe with drinking water. Two things I would love - a clearer fill mark so it is easy to spot where to fill to (I always end up having to search) and finally a see through side so u can see where your water is down to. All in all a solid product that could benefit from a couple of small upgrades.

Geopress For African Travel
GeoPress is great. I used it on a trip to Uganda. It worked great. I left it with my Ugandan host with a promise of a replacement filter when I return. I plan to buy another GeoPress for my travel gear soon.
