Love The Lures!
I received this kit as a gift last year and it is very very good. The two shining stars of the kit are the scout and scout jr lures. I was catching bass day in and day out last Spring here in WA state (from the bank to boot). During those days the bass were feeding on shad and so the scout and scout jr were great to throw from the bank. Haven't been as productive with the other three however I think that is a matter of skill/location. Materials are great, the hooks are sturdy.
