DESIGN & DETAILS:

  • Cupped mouth provides large splashes and “bloop” sound
  • 2 needlepoint hooks and feathered back hook
  • Rumple strips on belly strengthen drag and surface resistance
  • Applying quick snaps to tip with rod pointed down results in lure singing loudly and calling in fish from a distance with resemblance of a fleeing baitfish chased to the surface of the water
  • Slow and steadiness used when making short sweeps with rod tip allows lure to gently plop at surface to mimic action of a baitfish feeding at water’s surface; cooler water increases pauses

Fish Can’t Resist!

3rd cast Large Mouth Bass chunked it right as it settled and took it over a 4” waterfall. I guess he didn’t want to let it get away again. Amazing action and looks great! Surprised the hooks stayed in when it went over the waterfall. I have the ghost gill and all black.

Googansquad Revolver

I bought this about 2 months ago and I have gotten considerable blow ups but haven’t landed one yet on this lure. This is the i my reason I gave it a 4 star rating apposed to a 5, but it’s really easy to use and fun to reel in. However sometimes the hooks get tangled up and you have to adjust them other than that it seem like a solid lure and fun to use when blow ups happen.

Could Be Better....

This bait does most everything a popper should do, but I have found the hook up ratio to be lacking. I have a 20% hook up to land ratio. Hooks seem a little small and in my case have bent out on some catches.

Perfect Fit For My Needs

I have caught a couple bass with this lure,and even a northern pike.
