Small, sleak, and sharp. This is a perfect little blade that will be comfortable in any pocket, even slim pants.
I purchased the full size Evo serrated sometime ago in high school still had it in my 30s until I misplaced it. Used it daily as I carried it along everywhere. I prayed Gerber had yet made these. Now just purchased the Evo jr serrated. Super siked!! Hope Gerber continues to manufacture this particular knife. Cant ask for a better performing knife for the price really. Great Job Gerber!! ðŸ‘
The screws do strip, but only after heavy modification. Mine are barely scratched, and i still use it.

Not one of Gerber best. Nice blade but the blade lock gets stuck when open.

Bought this knife as gentleman's type folder for going out to dinner, church, or what have you. Has a great deep ride pocket clip and very light weight... However, it is not a good one hand flipper and when I tried to adjust the tension on the blade the screws stripped immediately as well as the ones on the pocket clip. This knife is now useless as it can't be adjusted in any way. Very disappointing and not happy with Gerber overall as of late. Won't be buying any products from them anytime soon.
this knife is great im the fourth gen. it came to me from my father it came from his and so on it been a great knife i think my grand father bought it new when it first came out ive used it for a lot of things from camping to hunting kepp up the great work
I got this knife as an every day carry back in highschool (mid 20's now) and its the most trusted knife Ive owned. I got a different knife by Smith and Wesson and it gave out so soon that Im back to this one. Its survived a motorcycle wreck without any damage other than a loss of the thumb stud so the blade is a little wiggly when opened... but just brace with a thumb or index finger and its still super awesome.
The screw that holds the blade to the handle has come loose and it seems as though somehow the threads have been stripped because I can't tighten it up. I've only owned the knife for half a year so I'm really not all that impressed with this specific knife even though I've always believed in this brand.
I didn't realize how much I loved this knife until I lost it. I used it almost daily for just about anything you can think. The knife was extremely durable. What I ended up loving the most about the knife was it's light weight but sturdy frame. I could take it on jogs and light weight backpacking trips because of its weight. It fits easy into the pocket and you can't even tell it's there. Most knifes are bulky or the opening mechanisms catch on the pocket, but not the evo. When I searched for an alternative I couldn't find an anything close.
It stays sharp does not chip and is very light weight. I recommend this knife to anybody
Bought knife in 2010 the knife has great edge retention very durable perfect edc And a great camping knife I droped the knife onto concrete once and bent the tip of the blade but sharpened it good and it was good as new.it is now 2014 and I figure I have used the knife about 500+ times and only had to sharpen it about 5 times
Have had this knife for about 2 months now. It has become one of the best knifes I own for everyday use. I don't understand why some reviews are having issues with the clip. Yeah, it's tight out of the box, but really, come guys you should know how to fix it. All you gotta do is pull it out a little bit with your fingers and you are good to go. Also, not sure what other reviews are talking about with the blade being hard to pull out. My knife, I just flick it with my wrist and "bam" it's out and ready for anything I put in front of it!!!
I've owned and carried this knife everyday for the past six years and use it often. It's extremely reliable even after all the abuse I've given it. I absolutely recommend this knife.
This knife is fairly decent, but it breaks way too easily. The screws hardly hold out, and there will be lateral motion when the blade is extended after a couple months use. It "wiggles". Love the design and look of it though.
this is my second gerber product and it is awesome!!!!!!!!
