Long Battery Life

Good reliable watch for all types of activities - i use it for running- very long battery life

Great Battery Life

This is a great watch - I have had a Forerunner 45 for a number of years and loved it - loved it enough that I did not want to even get a new watch - but I am so happy that I upgraded - I love the Forerunner 55 - it has so many facets and widgets and extras in it - I am learning something new every day and most important, the battery life is unreal! Love my new Forerunner 55!

A Great Tool

I inherited my model 55 from my son, who was upgrading to a Garmin with the cross country ski settings, and I use it each day to take a look at my pulse, breathing, sleep, workouts, and to monitor my overall health. I never thought I'd get into this kind of thing, but it's a great way of tracking my overall health. I'm trying to get my parents to use theirs for the same reason--they are of course much closer to the point, at least I hope, where anomalies in breathing and pulse can become critical. All of my children, as well as my wife, also have Garmin watches for the same reason.

Good Basic Fitness Watch

I just received my watch yesterday so it's a bit early for a review. But it was easy to set my activity preferences and I like the time display. I use the plain digital, 12-hour format. The minutes are displayed in a thinner green font which I'm not wild about but it's a nice, simple device for what I need.

Flying Finn

I am on my second Forerunner 55. I had an issue with the first one after a year and Garmin replaced it promptly. This watch has everything I need.

Good For An Older Lady

I ordered this a couple weeks ago. I had the forerunner 35 and really liked it, but it died, so I ordered this one and I like it. It took me little while to figure out the buttons, but now I am good to go. I am an older lady, but I am active. I walk and ride a bike and I like to keep track of how far I go, and the number of steps I take a day.

Simple Transition

I needed a simple watch to replace my aging Forerunner 45 and the 55 fit the bill. Great battery life and excellent software to transition over from the 45.

Great Watch

Been wearing it for a few weeks now and love it. It's basically my Edge 130 bike computer but on my wrist, and more. Love the battery life! Graphics are decent but hey, it's entry level. I don't need a touch screen so I'm good with the buttons.

Received this watch for my birthday last week. Band is not big enough. I am on the last link. Can I recieve a larger band??

One of the greatest purchases a runner can make truly coming from someone who was new to running it reslly is worth it ive had if for years and it’s still fantastic.

It Is So So Great

I had a Forerunner 45 and it was grate but there was a cupel fetchers I wish it had. but then after 17 years it broke so I bot the 55 and man is it great. it had all fetchers I wish the 45 had and it is so much faster love it
