Very inconsistent altitude reading. Start button works for two years. Too expensive product for a short time.

Almost Perfect

This watch could easily get a five star review, if it wasn’t for a couple buggy features. Let’s start with the good stuff: this watch is very accurate and does much more than what I need it for. The battery life is insane, especially if you’re coming from an Apple product. The UI is very intuitive. The bad? It’s mainly the sleep tracking, for me. Coming from an Apple Watch, which just seems to know when you’re sleeping and doesn’t require a sleep schedule to be set, this watch is clunky. It requires a very buggy sleep schedule to be set to be accurate. When you have an odd sleep schedule, such as myself, this feature becomes a hassle. I’ve run into two known glitches while trying to get this watch to track my sleep accurately. The other thing I don’t like is the sensor that rests against your skin. While it’s not that bad, it’s not as comfortable as an Apple Watch.

Fast Replacement Purchase, But Why ?

garmin has been part of my arm, since garmin 6 and now 7. both watches were worn 2 years and broke, replacement (unit only, at 40% retail price), the last one was caused by back button malfunction. so technically i've had 4 units. Garmin need longer warranty, 2 years not enough, because past 25th month, may break or system malfunction.

Smart Watch

I received my Fenix 7 as a replacement for my Fenix 6 that was having trouble connecting to my phone. The new watch has more features and great interface with my life tracking matrix.

Fenix 7 Garbage

Fenix 7 saphire solar - 14 months of constant glitches, factory resets, stuck buttons, hopeless surf tracking apps. The solar is a useless gimmick does almost nothing for battery life but makes screen smaller. This watch is a premium priced piece of garbage, my advice avoid unless all you want to do is use it for running or cycling. Wish I didn't waste my money and more importantly my time on this watch and it's endless problems.

Very Intuitive Watch, Good Battery Life

really nice watch, very intuitive and easy to navigate

Fav Garmin Ever

Always have a garmin but this is my favorite. 7 Solar Pro white with blue trim. Please make sure Fenix 9 has similar!

My Everything Watch

This watch has everything! I use it for my biking, running, swimming, golfing activities as well as tracking my health stats.

It Was A Hard Decision To Make, Because All The G.

I’m pretty hard on my watches, my fenix7 has taken a beating for a year and a half, and it has held up and hasn’t missed a beat

A Lot Of New Features

Needed to replace my Fenix 6 and have decided that this has been a great choice for me. Love the new features.

Great Watch

I bought this a month ago and I love it really helpful for marathon training

The Tank.

I replaced my Fenix 3hr with this Fenix 7 sapphire solar. The only reason I got this version was to get the sapphire glass. After 3 years it’s still scratch free. (My Fenix 3hr glass only had one scratch in 5+ years and I can’t fault it). I went thru 4 watches in 9 months before getting a Fenix with sapphire glass. It’s worth the peace of mind for how tough this watch is while staying respectably sleek. Sure, it needs to be charged every 1-2 weeks, but to be able to log so many activities, extremely accurately is worth it. I love being able to take the path less travel and not worry about out getting back to the beginning because I know my watch can.

Love The Tracking

Top notch for the navigation, I went off trail to check out something interesting, and within 50' it was letting me know I was off route

Amazing

As a triathlon coach I relied heavily on the Fēnix 5S, until a sensor died and found out it could not be serviced. Since the features of the Fēnix 7S include the functions familiar and performed better than its predecessor. I am thrilled and amazed how good this smartwatch is .

Amazing Watch !

Overall this the best watch on the market in opinion. Far superior to any Apple or Samsung smartwatch!
