True to size, I like the crop so I didn't go a size up but do go a size up if you want it to fall lower on your torso.

This is the best long sleeve running top I have found. Others I found too restricting on the arms making it uncomfortable to run but this one is is form fitting but feels loose and comfortable. I have now bought in multiple colors.

Bought this as a last minute before a race because it was going to be rainy and chilly. It was the perfect solution because it was light enough that it did not feel soaked by the rain but still kept me wart.

Love this top! It is very thing, but the fabric is warmer, so somehow, it is warm abd cool at the same time. Will be a great piece for transitional weather or good under a jacket.
