The men’s jacket came with a female zipper. The jacket was returned unused.
Great jacket. The design was well thought out. All adjustments have their place. It feels as though comfort outdoors is right at the fingertips. Worth the money to me. :-)

Sizing is way off on these jackets, even compared to other Fjallraven products. I wear an xl singhi overshirt from them; fits perfectly. Exactly as I'd expect. This jacket in size xl looked hilarious on me. Like skin tight. Had to size up to a xxl and even then there's not a ton of room to layer under this. And it's a shell... For further reference, this is the only xxl garment I own. I'm L or XL in literally any other brand. Length is solid in torso and arms and the quality seems great as well.

So many things about this jacket are great. The design of the pattern give a perfect fit making it easy to move in and comfortable. The hood is very easy to put up and down and is not too tight when its up. Th e material they used is amazing. Blocks wind and rain as expected but is so light weight makes it easy to stash in my backpack when not in use. Also love the tan color of this jacket.

The skogso is very well made. I can wear my 650 puffer underneath when its cold or just by itself when its warmer. I love how the waist can be adjusted as well as the hood. I especially like the buttons on the cuffs instead of velcro.

Light weight and protects from the elements well. Can wear layers to bolster warmth without sacrificing from bulky layers. Great style, I like the way it looks on me.

The jacket is high quality, as expected. The git is a little small. I was disappointed that the jacket was not wind or water resistant as is and you need to wax it to make it weather proof.

Great coat. Fits well. Didn’t need to size up. Feels robust and well made. Good for daily wear.

(Zipper broke twice) Zipper broke by losing 2 teeth after wearing it 5 times. I sent to Fjallraven to repair, they added two replacement teeth of a chrome finish. Just worse the jacket the second time since the repair and one of the replacement teeth fell off. I have a few jackets and hoodies with full double zips and have not had these issues.

The zipper is absolutely horrendous. Seems like others have the same issue and it is a manufactures defect. It blows out at the bottom and I sent it in twice thru warranty. They replaced it with an ugly color and it is unwearable.

They make some poor design choices imo. I think g1000 lite isn't rugged enough not even mosquito repellent and it's less water resistant. And why not have rugged long lasting pocket inners instead of mesh. If I want ventilation I'll just unzip it a bit. if it's raining I don't want water in my pocket. Deal breakers for me.

The Skogsö Jacket blends functionality and timeless style for a suitable every day wear. I’ve worn this on hikes and city strolls, as well as bushcraft days in the forrest. It’s proven sleek, breathable, and built to last. The body is constructed from G-1000 Eco which in my experience is very breathable, somewhat wind resistant, but not rain resistant. The shoulders and hood are G-1000 proper and the cut is athletic making this a versatile 3 season jacket for town and country. The experienced outdoor user will find many purposes for this jacket. I do not recommend wearing it during winter but that depends entirely on what you seek to achieve. Fjällräven has created a refined, durable essential for those who value craftsmanship and longevity. Bought a navy skogsko and it’s probably my favourite, go to jacket. Worn it a lot and it still looks good. Quality fit, like the longer arms and the shape of the hood. Recommend. Haven’t waxed it but it is reasonably shower resistant which is enough for my needs.
