I washed the rugby shirt once before wearing. The collar became very pilly. It already looks cheap and worn out and it's brand new. I was so excited about this shirt, shopped a LOT to find a 90s rugby shirt that felt legit, but I didn't want a shirt that actually looks like it's 30 yrs old. I splurged on this one, my first time trying Faherty. I didn't wear it in public once and don't think I will with the collar looking so gross. Other than the collar, the shirt would have been great. I also ordered socks and love them. But not worth shopping from here again.

I ordered this in hopes of it becoming a fashionable capsule item for me, but ultimately I felt it appeared like more of a plain baggy polo that did not enhance my wardrobe. It was very soft and cozy. If you like longer sleeves, stay with your typical size and it will be oversized. If you don't mind a shirt hitting your wrists, would encourage sizing one down

This is super soft and very much and keeping with the rugby shirt style of the 90s, which I love! It did run large, I returned the small for an extra small and there was still plenty of roominess to have a slightly oversized fit. For reference, I am 5’3” and 120 pounds. Extremely satisfied with this purchase, highly recommend!
