Tent Sack

Bought this to upgrade our tent sack and provide compression so we could fit our tent in bike panniers. Works well for what we wanted, the compression straps seem a little skinny and are noisy when you pull on them but seem to work fine.

Unlike Others

Not a big review writer. Needed a larger compression sack to store extra gear/gear to share with a subject in the bow of the boat. Most sacks are too small. This one isn't. The side straps make it possible to compress quite a lot of gear into a small space. I have two jackets, puffball pants and a set of fleece, top, bottom and socks, hat and gloves. It's a bonus piece of gear.

What I Needed

I needed a compression sack for my sleeping bag to go in my frame backpack for backpacking. The side straps are exactly what i needed and it works great for what i needed it for. The straps are smaller than they should be and i wish they were a little wider. However at this early stage the bag works great. The air hole at the bottom is very useful to crushing all the air out for your pack.

Compression Without The Air

I bought a Large for my Nemo luxury jazz sleeping bag. It takes this large sleeping bag down to a manageable size for packing on a motorcycle. What I like about this stuff sack is it compresses radially, where many just compress the length. Also, being able to evacuate the air is a huge benefit. Without it, the compression would be minimal. Haven't tested the water resistance, but am happy with the compression ability.
