Great Hemostat For Fishing

I use these for deep set hooks or small fish and even those pesky turtles. They can handle most situations but harder to reach hooks may be better removed with bigger pliers. 90% of what I need to remove, these handle fine.

Thought It Would Be Good

I had a pair of these a long time ago and loved them. So since I started fishing again I needed a new pair. I bought these and they aren't that great. They don't stay snapped closed.

It has great length and is narrow enough to get in deep. The only issue is the self locking handle can be a pain at times.

Quick And Easy

Got this for removing hooks. Used it on a small bass and was able to remove hook nice and quick. Seems not enough for larger fish hooks but for smaller ones will do the trick
