So Comfortable!
These shoes are the most comfortable hiking shoe I have owned yet. I can walk all day and my feet don't hurt.
I am a new Danner loyalist and can't wait to try other styles.

What A Shoe!
Love this boot! Keeps my feet dry and warm. I wear a 9.5; bought a 10 to give room for cushy socks and the fit is snug, but comfortable. I am not a fan of high hiking boots, so this shoe is a perfect height. I cannot speak to longevity as I have only worn them once, but I am trusting the Danner brand for that.

I Really Wanted To Love These
I really wanted to love these. I loved the look, the comfort, and the overall feel but I have high arches and a wide foot and there wasn't enough stability and it was too narrow. Unfortunately I had to return these

Great Shoe Overall.
I bought this shoe about a month ago. I love the design and the comfort. They are light and just the perfect height for some ankle support. The only downfall is that they run a bit small. I am usually a size 10, so a 10.5-11 would have been perfect.

Love Em!
These are a great hiking boot. Shoe feels sturdy and stable for walking over uneven ground. I like the lower profile that feels snug on my foot but still lets my ankle move around. Super cute as well!

Comfortable!
I’ve just started breaking these bad girls in and so far no complaints! Looking forward to a great hiking year with them! I love how comfortable they are and the purple color is wonderful!

Comfortable Out Of The Box!
Very little break-in required. Wraps around the heel nicely, but soft flexible material has no rub. I’m usually between a 6 1/2 and 7. Ordered the 7 and there is plenty of room (too much?). Love the marionberry color—subtle but more fun than black or brown.

Great Grip ,
This shoe is the best shoe for my daily year round trail hikes ! I look forward to getting out there because I know these will get me through every terrain rain or shine . The fit is spot on , most comfortable with phenomenal support and great traction . These are also very attractive ! I very highly recommend this trail shoe !

Well Rounded Overall
I enjoy doing a mix of long hike with intermittent trail running, these shoes have been perfect. They fit well, move well and key my feet warm and dry on colder wet days.

Finally !
I have literally tried 35 pairs of hiking shoes / boots. I finally found one that has it all . I wish they had a Danner in stock at more stores I would’ve found them along time ago. I have wider ( but not enough for W shoes) feet and skinny heel with very high arches - trifecta of hard to find shoes . These fit the bill and are not too hot ! They are comfy right out of the box - but I am having to break in the width up front - the 2650 shoes seem to be a bit wider and I didn’t have to do this . It’s raining today so just jumped in a puddle and water beaded up and rolled of like they had rain x on them. I am a true size 7.5 in good shoes - and 8 in all all Nike - I also wear orthotic so often need to move up to an 8 - 7.5 is perfect fit here with the orthotic - so order your ‘true’ size . I usually wear nike Pegasus every day for comfort and stability because of a low back issue I have - these have been an excellent transition shoe - stiffer on the bottom but not so inflexible they hurt . I love the trail shank ( rock plate others call it ?) - I decided I needed hiking shoes after hiking a rocky patch in Acadia in Pegasus and thought the middle of my foot was going to break ! These have excellent ankle support but are comfortable higher on my ankles right out of the box ( which is saying something !) The back top of the shoe has a U shape cut out which I think is a huge resin it is comfortable - no rubbing / blisters at all - the top of the shoes is also not all puffy and bulky like most brands mid hikers . Two things I would tell Danner 1) toe box needs to be a tiny bit wider like the 2650 shoe it would make big difference 2) really wish they would come out with better / more colors - they always seem to have better/ more men’s colors. But after trying on so many disappointing hikers I don’t care anymore ! Nice grip on bottom as well on local trails I’ve done so far . Excited to get back out to Acadia and test them out on some real rocks !
