Worn a lot of different boots and wear them everyday for work. These are exactly what I was looking for. Light flexible and breathable. They remind me of my old green jungle boots from a long time ago.

I’ve been wearing these to work for a few weeks now. Im very happy with them so far. These boots are very comfortable but still feel very sturdy. The upper is very lightweight, making these boots very packable as well. True to size and plenty of space in the toes.

If you are looking for light weight boots for Army Uniform, this is a good choice. Maybe not really good for long distance ruck and heavy duty but definitely good for daily duty.

I was looking for a pair of boots that are light weight and comfortable. After ready some reviews on this boot, I knew I found the right pair. I have no regrets buying them.

I didn’t realize that there’s only certain parts that are leather the rest of the boot is thin material very classy looking more of a dress boot than a work boot

These are a great step up from the boots issued in basic. I've always chosen danner for my work boots. They are comfortable and durable. My first pair of danners I wore till they feel apart, (4 years) I expect these to do just as well

Im a light weight person, and this boots have been gold for me! Combat, hiking and all enviroment. If you’re looking for a boot that wont kill your feet, these are the ones to go with.

Bought this for army rotc. They are very light, almost the boot equivalent of tennis shoes. Spent the entirety of a day wearing them, was very impressed with how comfortable they are.

Purchased these as a birthday present for my son at college. He’s Big10/Army ROTC and needed a durable, all-purpose, daily trainer - he says it’s the best boot he’s ever had.

I've been wearing these boots for about 3 months. A solid boot that didn't take very long to break in. They are lighter than my Garmont T8s but not quite as comfortable. In terms of durability, so far they've held up to normal use with no unusual signs of wear. Over good boot at a good price point.

I've worn Nike boots for years. They predictably fit well, give great support and generally look functional (and even became pretty functional once Nike fixed the notorious rock-eating outsoles). Problem was that in updating their boots Nike couldn't help being Nike and made them aesthetically unwearable. Nobody wants to go in to a staff meeting wearing those things and have to deal with a CSM brow-beating you in front of everyone about whether or not those abominations are even authorized. Nobody wants to be questioned whether or not their boots will hold up during a ruck march. Enter Danner Tachyon - all the things I love about Nike's boots with several extra (or should I say fewer?) things that separates them from Nike. The fit is similar - ample support to the ankle without the feeling of cutoff circulation, a semi-stiff-yet-supple sole that gives support when you need it but leaves you feeling agile and light on your feet. They are very ruggedly constructed and ready for any but the most alpine of missions. These oughtta do just fine, I reckon. Nike who?

I had been wearing the steel toe boots that I was issued at basic training for four months when I thought I would give these a try. Wow! These felt so amazingly light!! It was a huge difference and I think I actually enjoy my day better with these on!! You will not regret buying these! However, they did take a couple weeks to ship to me, but still worth it!

Recommend by a friend who is still wearing the same pair for over two years. Light weight and very comfortable. I'm very impressed by the quality.
