The Danner Tachyon 8” Coyote

The Danner Tachyon 8” Coyote boots are hands down some of the best tactical boots I’ve owned. They’re incredibly lightweight, comfortable right out of the box, and feel more like athletic shoes than traditional boots. The support is excellent without being bulky, and the breathable design keeps my feet comfortable during long days in hot weather. The traction is solid on a variety of surfaces, and the quality construction gives me confidence they’ll hold up to demanding use. If you’re looking for a boot that’s comfortable enough for all-day wear while still being durable and mission-ready, these are an outstanding choice. Highly recommended!

They Were Cheaply Made Compared

They were cheaply made compared to my Garmont Tactical T8 NFS 670 boots. And my Garmont boots wear better. I don't know what has happen to Danner boots, but for years back in the 80s and 90s I alway wore Danner. They use to fit great right out of the box. But not now.

I Like Them, I Didn’t

I like them, i didn’t really test them anywhere other than city walk.

They Seemed Well Made But

They seemed well made but I returned them immediately, as soon as I put my foot in the plastic in the heel was digging into the back on my ankle I knew it was was going to be a problem so I sent them back

I Have Had Several Pair

I have had several pair of these boots. And the same style. This pair is very uncomfortable. Makes my feet hurt and very rigid on the top part of my feet.

Boots Are Not Comfortable For

Boots are not comfortable for long days. They are not desisgned for active use. More office style use. Would not recommend using for running or marching. The paint on the metal eyelets wore off after 7 weeks of use. Definetly wouldnt recommend this style for military use.

Extremely Lightweight, Perfect For Chasing

Extremely lightweight, perfect for chasing bad guys. Excellent traction in rough terrain compared to other lightweight boots.

Super Comfortable Shoes, Toe Cap

Super comfortable shoes, toe cap was initially pretty stiff and uncomfortable but it lossens up nicely. I got the widest size and ended going up half a size for the most comfortable fit. Best boot I've had yet.

Awesome Books. Very Light And

Awesome books. Very light and comfortable. Well made boots.

Seem To Be Good Quality.

Seem to be good quality. They’re too narrow so I gave my pair to another soldier.

Looks Like A Good Quality

Looks like a good quality boot, fit to narrow for my foot

My Right Boot Is Tight

My right boot is tight in the width the left boot is perfect

Danner Is Usually My Go

Danner is usually my go to boot. However, starting to get concerned with consistency. Here lately it feels as if one boot is smaller than the other. On this most recent pair the right boot seems narrower than the left, causing irritation.

I Have Weird Shaped Foot,

I have weird shaped foot, so take this with a grain of salt.

These Are Some Of The

These are some of the most uncomfortable boots I’ve ever worn. Even once they’re broke in they aren’t any better.
